Sriracha Tiger Zoo (341 Moo 3, Nongkham, Sriracha, Chonburi 20110) — located 1 ½ hours southeast of Bangkok, this zoo has been opened since 1997, and has attracted over 10 million visitors. Over 400 Royal Bengal tigers are kept here. Visitors can hold a tiger cub in their arms, feed them milk, and take photos of them. Other animals at this zoo can also be fed, such as camels, deer, elephants, and donkeys.

 

Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (daily). Admission: 450 Baht (adult), 250 Baht (child – height between 100-140 cm.).

Sirinat National Park (Thalang District, Phuket Province) – this is a marine national park located in the northern part of Phuket Island (a 90-sq. km. area). It has a 13-km. coastline, which consists of four beaches:

 

● Hat Nai Thon: a peaceful beach that lays underneath pine trees. Nai Thon offers a laid-back vibe and is suitable for swimming.
● Hat Nai Yang: a national park, Nai Yang is serene and isolated, ideal for family picnics by the beach under pine trees. Swimming in the sea during monsoon season is not advised.
● Hat Mai Khao: Phuket’s longest beach sits right next to the airport and is home to a cluster of world’s top luxury resorts and villas such as Anantara, JW Marriott and Renaissance. Mai Khao is a steep beach with high waves, so swimming is not recommended. It is also home to wonderful sea turtles and there’s a sea turtle preserving event held annually.
● Hat Sai Kaeo: It is Phuket’s northernmost beach, located 6 km. north of Mai Khao. Hat Sai Kaeo is blessed with a long white powdery beach naturally decorated with groves of pines along the shore—ideal for relaxation.

Opened in 1975, this amusement park is divided into three main areas: a water park, an amusement park, and a theme park (Siam Genius).

The spectacular show performed here features over 100 sets with as many as 500 costumes, taking you back to the old days of Siam where you will enjoy all aspects of culture and tradition of all regions enhanced by marvelous special effects. Spectators can also wander around the Thai village with mock traditional Thai houses from the arranged around the theatre and take pleasure paddling in the boats in a small canal that winds its way among the Thai villages.
